This 90 minute session will cover a few of the basic twin hoop moves. They are a proper workout for your arms and you'll possibly be able to feel new neural pathways mapping their way through your wonderful brain*. There's time to take things at your own pace and a proper good warm up and stretch out so you can take care of yourself duing the session.
Hoops are provided for the class.
