Are 2 hoops better than one?!<br><br>SATURDAY 14th JANUARY - 10.30am - 12pm<br><br>This 90 minute session will cover a few of the basic twin hoop moves. They are a proper workout for your arms and you'll possibly be able to feel new neural pathways mapping their way through your wonderful brain. There's time to take things at your own pace and a proper good warm up and stretch out so you can take care of yourself duing the session.<br><br>Hoops are provided for the class. <br><br> NB not quite science
